    From the 'Comment Tool', choose " Add Text Comment ", add the file name, then print the PDF file.

    As per the description above, you want to print the file name on the PDF, Is that correct?

    With the freeware Adobe Reader, you can use Comment Tool to add a sticky note, add the file name, then:

    • Go to Comments and then to the option icon
    • Go to Comments preferences
    • Mark "Print notes and pop-ups".
